Terms of use
Last updated 10 October 2026. These terms apply to the Tile Tree app and to tile-tree.agenticai-labs.ai.
The agreement
Tile Tree is published by AGENTIC AI LABS LTD, company number 17052322, registered office 20 Havelock Road, Hastings, East Sussex, England, TN34 1BP. By installing the app or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app and do not use the site.
The game
Tile Tree is a free puzzle game for Android, package name com.tiletree.game. We may update, pause, or withdraw levels, art, or features. A save from an older version may not match a newer one exactly, though we try not to wipe a campaign without a reason.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Tile Tree on devices you own or control, and to view this website, for private entertainment. You do not receive ownership of the game, the art, the name Tile Tree, or the site.
You may not:
- copy, sell, or redistribute the app or its assets, except where the law allows;
- reverse engineer the app except where the law says we cannot stop you;
- cheat in a way that attacks the app, the store listing, or other people;
- use the name Tile Tree or the Agentic AI Labs name in a way that suggests a partnership we have not agreed.
Gold and power-ups
Gold, Hint, Shuffle, Undo, and Hammer are game items. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another player. The current build does not sell them for real money. If that changes, the store listing and these terms will say so before you are charged.
Rewarded ads are optional. Choosing not to watch one means you do not receive that reward. It does not by itself delete your progress.
Advertising
The game shows ads from Google AdMob. We do not control every ad a partner may serve. Ads should not be mistaken for part of the puzzle. Our privacy policy explains what that means for your device.
The website
Journal posts and help pages describe the game as it works today. They are not a promise that a future update will keep every number identical. Store buttons open Google Play for com.tiletree.game. Availability depends on your country and on Google.
Acceptable use of support
You may email [email protected] about the game. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading messages, and do not send secrets you do not want a small studio to see. We reply when we can. We do not offer telephone support.
Disclaimer
The app and website are provided “as is”. We work to keep them playable and accurate, and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or fit for a purpose other than casual play. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or medical advice. Tile Tree is a game from the studio’s gaming work; it is separate from the studio’s other products described on agenticai-labs.ai.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of progress, gold, or device data, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the app or this website. Because the game is free to play, our total liability for claims that the law does allow to be limited is limited to £50.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have as a consumer to bring a claim in your home courts where the law gives you that right.
