Privacy policy
Last updated 10 October 2026. This policy covers the Tile Tree Android app and the website at tile-tree.agenticai-labs.ai.
Who we are
Tile Tree is published by AGENTIC AI LABS LTD (“we”), company number 17052322, a private company limited by shares. Registered office: 20 Havelock Road, Hastings, East Sussex, England, TN34 1BP. The company website is https://agenticai-labs.ai/.
For privacy questions, email [email protected]. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
The short version
- Tile Tree has no account, no login, and no player profile on our servers.
- Level progress, gold, power-ups, and audio settings are stored on your device.
- The game shows ads through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads.
- This website is a static site. It does not set analytics cookies and it has no enquiry form.
Information stored on your device
The app writes two local files. They are not uploaded to Agentic AI Labs:
- Progress. Gold, counts for Hint, Shuffle, Undo, and Hammer, your current level, the highest level cleared, whether the end-of-campaign gift is ready or already claimed, and a board seed.
- Settings. Whether music, sound effects, and vibration are on.
Uninstalling the app removes these files from the device. They are not part of a cloud save. Android backup may include app data if you have device backup turned on in your Google account; that backup is controlled by Google and your device settings, not by a Tile Tree server.
Advertising
The free game is supported by Google AdMob. You may see banner ads on the main menu, the level map, and settings. Banners are hidden while a level is played and on the level-complete screen. A full-screen ad may appear when you press Next after a clear, after every third clear of a level numbered 4 or higher. It may also appear when you open the menu from pause or from the level-complete screen, after at least 3 levels are cleared and 90 seconds have passed since the last full-screen ad. Rewarded ads play only after you tap a watch-ad control, for 80 gold in the shop or for one power-up use during a level.
Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from that data, and diagnostic information, so they can show and measure ads and limit fraud. On Android and iOS the game asks Google’s User Messaging Platform for a consent decision before it starts the ad SDK. When Google says a choice is required, that form is shown first. If the consent check never answers, ads can still start. Settings has a Privacy control on phones that tries to reopen Google’s privacy options.
Google’s own explanation is in the Google Privacy Policy andAdMob’s partner information. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not receive a copy of your advertising ID on our own servers.
This website
tile-tree.agenticai-labs.ai is a static site hosted for the game. It does not ask you to create an account, does not run a contact form, and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are included with the site, so a page view does not call a third-party font host. The pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser still sends an IP address to the host that serves the files. The studio’s sites are set up to sit behind Cloudflare; this game site is built for the same kind of hosting. We do not run our own analytics profile from those visits.
Children
Tile Tree is a general-audience puzzle. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
- The save file stays until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Starting a new campaign after the gift resets level progress and the gift flag. It does not wipe gold or power-ups. Audio settings stay in their own file until you clear storage or uninstall.
- Emails you send to support are kept long enough to answer you and to handle a follow-up, then deleted when we no longer need them.
- Ad data is kept by Google under Google’s retention rules, not ours.
Your choices
- Turn off music, sound, and vibration in the game’s settings.
- Use the in-game privacy options where Google offers them, to change ad consent.
- Limit ad personalisation in your Android advertising settings.
- Uninstall the app to delete the local save.
- Email [email protected] to ask about any message you sent us. There is no Tile Tree account for us to export.
The steps for deletion are also written out on the data deletion page.
International transfers
We are based in England. We do not run a player database abroad. Google may process advertising data outside the UK. Where UK GDPR applies, Google is responsible for the safeguards it offers for that processing.
Changes
If the game starts collecting something new — for example an account or a real-money purchase — this page will be updated first, and the “last updated” date will change. The current game version on this policy is 1.0.2 (com.tiletree.game).
