Data deletion
Tile Tree does not have accounts. The save sits on the phone. These are the ways to remove it.
Delete the save on your device
- Open Android Settings.
- Apps, then Tile Tree (com.tiletree.game).
- Storage, then Clear storage (or Clear data). That deletes progress, gold, power-ups, and audio settings.
Uninstalling the app removes the same local files. There is no cloud copy held by Agentic AI Labs Ltd to delete as well.
If Android backup is on, a backup of app data may still exist in your Google account until Google’s backup expires or you delete it from your Google account. That backup is controlled by Google.
Advertising data
We do not store your advertising ID. To reset it, use Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact menu name varies by phone) and reset the advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation there. You can also reopen privacy options inside Tile Tree where Google shows that control.
Emails
If you have written to [email protected] and want that correspondence deleted, email the same address with the subject “Delete my email” from the address you used. We will delete the thread unless we have to keep a copy for a legal claim or a security record, in which case we will tell you why.
This website
The website has no account and no form submissions, so there is no website profile to erase.
